Action-Driven Exceptional Educator

Individualization…

It’s what makes special education work, and it’s exactly ow our Action-Driven Exceptional Educator program works. We start with expectations, then individualize the program to meet the teacher’s needs.

There are four main skills every special education teacher needs to be successful:

  1. An exceptional educator can recognize and identify the presence of a barrier, a child’s need, in a given setting.
  2. An exceptional educator can plan and implement intensive services to build skills in the areas of the child’s need.
  3. An exceptional educator can minimize the impact of a child’s need making it possible for them to thrive in an inclusive setting.
  4. An exceptional educator can use data to validate the effectiveness of their efforts.
